Its been quite a discovery for me and it feels like a liberating revelation as it sinks through my being.
I recently spent a week in Spain doing group work with 23 amazing people. It was a great place to clearly see how we were all colluding to keep ourselves small and in roles.
I realised how lonely I had been not meeting people in their true selves. I reaffirmed it was time for me at least to come out and start doing everything I could to meet people in more real ways.
One of the main things I saw that people were afraid of in each other was what I call raw animal nature. Things like rage, anger, wanting to kill and raw sexual desire, these are all ever present with us but we seem to do everything we can to keep them hidden away.
I'm sad about that because this keeps our energy down and I think is one of the main causes of disease and depression. The more of this that becomes accepted integrated in a person the more strength and vitality they have.
I want to bring that more and more into my life. One of the best ways is to hang out with people that are not afraid of you when you show up in this way.
As this experience sinks in my whole body has been continuing to change inside. Its a process that started around six months ago and has been accelerating. The closest thing I have come across that describes this is what I have read about in kundalini texts. In daoisim I think it would be described as your core channels opening.
Its scary and exhilarating all at the same time. I am glad to have many years of chi gung under my belt, i can feel how much it has prepared my body, helping to smooth out and integrate the whole experience.

Conciousness + Credit + Iceland + Greece
So the Greeks are capitulating and taking the loan, accepting debt slavery for the time being. Seems old Mount Olympus has been dormant too long. Iceland who crashed earlier look like they are heading toward some fundamental change. Their internal report on the situation does not look like a white wash and they are talking about making Iceland a safe haven for journalists so this can be exposed in the rest of the world.
I love the apparent metaphor of the the volcano in Iceland. Recently the unanimous vote to say no to more debt, Iceland starts to break out of debt slavery for real, days after the vote the volcano goes off.
The first local nation state is breaking free of the debt slavery system, maybe the gods are speaking. Its seismic and there is more to come.

Right now many of you are still sleepy slaves to a system that you support
Ever increasing debt is what we get from our present financial system. Based on fractional reserve interest it can _only_ generate increasing debt. This article covers that nicely.

Things are now looking pretty ropey as the 2008 financial collapse and the following 'bail out' accelerated the issue to a point approaching one of no return. On top of this, carbon trading schemes being imposed are installing a new commodity market based on carbon that will put in place an even bigger banking scheme that can totally lock everything down.
Conspiracy theorists would say this is a planned global takeover of your rights as a human (and yes the US and with its troublesome constitution has to be got out of the equation for this plan to go through).
I would say we have all been slaves to the cartel for the last few thousand years, so there is nothing new here. Fronted by the pope or by obama, someone is always at the figurehead of divine right. Well actually someone has to play daddy, its just how we work with a daddy complex, everyone who is half asleep can listen to daddy and its all good, go to work. There was just this temporary idea of democracy that widened the net of people who could have more power somewhat for like 150 years or so but that's a blip. We have all been sleeping right the way through, and people took what was left on the table right the way through.

The thing new and exciting is that we are at a 'phase transition' in our conciousness, and this is forced by how critical things are beginning to look, especially with financial systems. What, you think people may actually wake up if nearly everything they have is being taken from them. Yes i do.

The banking gun is now pointing the Greeks right in the head, they are being held to ransom as control of their ports and national utilities may have to be given up to securtize their debt position. Greece has the opportunity to say no to its government which is about to give everything away to the IMF. This could be a defining moment, will they just give it all over and take it or will we see shift. If we see shift what is the next escalting move for the banks?
Time to take your sovereignty back and wake up, think about the world you live in a decide what that means to you, independently of what anyone else says.

Placebo
"The idea of the placebo in modern times originated with H. K. Beecher. He evaluated 15 clinical trials concerned with different diseases and found that 35% of 1,082 patients were satisfactorily relieved by a placebo alone ("The Powerful Placebo," 1955). The editors remind us that the interpretation of any research data is likely to reflect the researcher's bias: in this case, a bias toward biologic treatment, the pharmaceutical industry's financial motives, or both. They say, "We feel it is important to balance this bias by adopting a counterattitude based on a determined skepticism." Their intellectual, scholarly review is difficult to dismiss; yet the reader may feel their conclusions are immoderate.
Placebo illuminates our struggle between responsibility and abdiaction. The notion of a placebo demonstrates (if you are prepared to drop your denial) that you are responsible for your own body, the health of it.
If taking various placebo drugs can cure specific ailments that you know about. You are literally curing specific issues because you 'believe' they have a chance of being cured as you take the placebo.
To me most healthcare is a nonesense.. and so is most alternative healthcare.. and this should be obvious to anyone once you look at the efficacy of the placebo. It is probably the most powerful drug known.
If all hospitals only prescribed placebos you could arguably beat the current cure rate and make all hospitals more effective.
* One of the top five killers in a hospital is 'medical error' this would be removed as they would no longer be prescribing poison to people, just placebos. More people would get well in hospital from this fact alone.
* As placebos are at often as effective as drugs you get free drugs and free curues.
There would be an issue though. People would have to look at why they were getting sick once they realised there is no cure other than belief. If you can make yourself well its a small step to realising you made yourself ill.
Luckily people seem to be catching on ! check these out

Struggle
There can only be struggle if there are opposing forces

Sustenance occurs by volition or choice
There is only choice, conscious or unconscious

The struggle of opposing forces can only exist if one or both are sustained by an unconscious choice. No one will sustain two opposing forces consciously. But we can be pretty unconscious.. I once heard someone say 'i am prepared to give up freedom for liberty'
If you like struggle don't look, sustenance can continue.
To end struggle follow the leader.
Identify the forces and then their sustenance.

Vampires and Relationships
I know this may seem obvious.. But it seems to be fact about relationships that's only really just sinking in for me.
My realization is simply that:
'There is no point in a relationship if two of you want different things out of the relationship'
I am going to call this 'incompatible'
OK obvious i know but is it really, how many relationships go on for ever and ever while each person wants different things. The complaints become the point of conversation. So much so that I recon finding something to complain about is more important than finding common ground to relate about.
Many people persist their lives in incompatible relationships. I am sure you know a few.
We do this for valid reasons, i don't believe anyone does anything without reason, its just we are not conscious of those reasons. So much so that we will all lie to ourselves about the reasons or more likely never want to explore them and lie to ourselves to avoid exploring them.
Most of us will pretend and lie about all sorts of things to have a relationship persist when it is clearly incompatible. It does not have to be one relationship either, the pretend can be maintained in many ways including having one relationship after another, none of which 'work' or even having no relationship at all which clearly doesn't 'work'. Why go through all this trouble, what is so important to sustain here ?
I think its because the relationship is telling you something about you, something you want to keep true for you. Something that you want to keep validating because its deep, more importantly its something that has become dear to you.
Your core belief about who you are can be so dear and so important, but at the same time it could also be completely untrue.
Have you ever looked at your deep beliefs about you and held them up to the light and checked them. Are your deep beliefs really true for you, and do you have a clue what they are ?
I believe this is what your incompatible relationship is telling you, if you want to stop complaining and have a look. Well actually you probably don't, very few people do, that is why vampires only come out at night, its dark and no one will see what they are up to.
There many things that incompatible relationships validate for people but one particularly common one is simply that people don't believe they are worth enough to get what they want. Many people don't really know what they want either, even though they think they know..
Yikes no wonder this relationship thing gets 'complicated'
When you don't believe you deserve what you want, you will 'work' to stay locked into relationships that prove you wont get what you want to validate your core belief of self. All relationships ! so this will apply to all areas of life including love and career.
Better still you can complain about it all, its a way of getting peoples attention when you don't believe you deserve attention, remember, how could you be worth getting attention if you don't deserve anything you want.
You have to find a way to steal attention, complaining is a great way.
You are a vampire !
You don't believe you are a valid human so you are a dead one, but somehow a living one, a 'living dead' or whats called 'undead'.
How do you survive ?
Feed on blood or the juice of peoples attention, by 'justified' complaining. And you can never be satiated as you already believe you dont deserve it in the first place.
Walking in limbo baby. But you get guaranteed attentive blood from all those people who love to bleed for you.
Oh and there will be many willing to feed you. Why ? well if someone bleeds for you, then they can feel deserving of feeding back. Its a self serving cycle.
You vampires can only come out at night so you can keep this hidden and lie and lie about it to yourself and to everyone else you know and love.
You are ashamed of your vampire nature.
You cant kill a vampire by normal means, they always find another way to be validating the core beliefs, the beliefs resurrect again and again in mirror forms of relationship.
How you kill a vampire

Where is your vampire hiding out ? the coffin in the family graveyard ? Probably grandma that handed down the fangs anyways.

Ode to the dog on the log

To the dog on the log on a date with his mate
who was dancing around chanting pieces of eight
He said here there mate just sit on yer crate so

I am happy and see I'm dancing for me, his mate said with
a gait that you would slate was the paragon fate of free and fine fandangaree.
The dog on the log spoke with a slow knowing nod to his god in the log on the bog of the dog with the prize of the wise.

Storytime
We are making it all up.. its a funny old dream of a tangerine.. even the mad people are making it all up and they are not that different to you and me.. its only that they dont agree..
When we have made up our life's meanings and someone does not agree with what we have made up we often have a problem..
If a person does not agree with our fantasy we make them the mad one. If lots of people dont agree with our fantasy we have to go to war with them.
But fantasy is fantasy, a tangerine, lots of segments
War is the product of different make-believe.. the clash of storytime, no shared story about things.
Religions or belief systems are at cause of war. Each religion has its set of stories about things, thier 'beliefs'
I think its a good idea to get these two things
* Most of us all have lots of stories that are made up.. our beliefs, belief systems or our bs.. Often these are just handed to us as kids and we just run with them without ever thinking about it.
* Most of us really like our stories. in fact we like them so much we actually think we are our bs. Otherwise we would not be so attached to them. We take it personally when they are challenged. Grow up, they are stories.. it does not matter what someone says to you about them, you will survive.
If i think i am my stories/beliefs.. when someone comes along and their stories dont agree, we have a problem.. why ? well i am my story.. so if the story is challenged so is my existence.. survival instinct kicks in and i have to destroy or i will be destroyed..
Either this person is a mad person or i am a mad person. Obviously i am not mad so they are.. but they are in my face, help.. i need to get them locked up.. if there are lots of them we have the war thing going.

Perma-boom

On Earth we express ourselves as a planet through our financial system.. This is the most global system we have created to date.. So this system is a great place to look at where the planets consciousness is at.
Currently the system is based on false ideas.. Ideas that are not grounded in reality.. Whenever this happens in a system the system cant have integrity and is going to fail at some point.
Here are some of the false ideas:
perma-boom 'growth'
We have it encoded in our system that we must keep growing.. without a constant boom its 'bad'. This is like a cancer that is out of control. This is supposed to be good thing. There is no logic in it.
We must have 'stuff'
So once fixated after perma-boom we then have to belive in must have stuff.. We have to sign up to that religion and believe it will make us happy.. luckily i think that is beginning to change see Why Consumerism Wins
Free trade is good
This is a big lie.. We dont have free trade and we never did.. we lie about it all the time.. the more powerful countries control trade the way they want it and call it free.. its a lie. There are layers and layers of lies in the free trade game and they will take some unpicking.
Our economy will work when we change away from these 'ideas' and reflect a reality based view into the economic system.
When we go for what is 'useful' not arbitrary ideas of growth. This opens up a whole new debate, instead of an arbitrary 'idea' of what is useful, we get on and actually look into it.. There is a real role for politics here.. but not as they are today.
Then we need truly free exchange of what is useful, not one sided systems we call free.
Finally, what is useful is has to be what helps us live a life, not what helps us to run away from the life we are living.. that is exciting.
Its a great thing we are in the midst of, our economy is facing becoming more unified, less controllable, more practical and useful through this 'collapse'.
I dont believe anyone when they say this is bad.. Just tell them to wake up and think about it.
Its a wildfire burning through, but its one that is going to take away the crap and leave what we actually need. Its about time.

Free Will
Free will and control..
We like to think we are in control.. in one sense we are and in another we just are not.
If we think we are our mind.. of course the mind believes it is in control.
If we think we are out body.. we are a victim of it all
If we think we are neither.. we could find out we are neither.. that would blow your mind out and leave a body on a string, floating in some big thing :)
